You my friend are the stupid one. THamma

The correct way to spell eligable is eligible.

So before you decide to call someone stupid again. Do realize that you are stupid as well.

Take away 4 or 5 drops and a hold and the guy has a pretty good game. It looked like everyone had some jitters, but it all came together in the 2nd half. JL will be productive.

This thread really sucks. With out JL, LSU doesn't beat Alabama or Florida last year, but I suppose JL was haunted or was 'done' then as well.
LSU fans can be so silly and self-loathing sometimes.

I have always pulled for Lee, and I will continue to do so. Having said that, Mettenberger needs to get playing time whenever possible; he is more talented than Lee, and we will need pressure to be taken off our running attack.

Good God! The man had one week with the first team! I was very critical of JL and called him "Pick 6" Lee too, but until he screws up and cost us a game cut him some slack.

Jarrett Lee is pretty much done. There is nothing he can do this year to erase his past. I'm not a JL fan but I'm just keeping it real.It will haunt him forever. Like the media can't forget Vick and dog fights.... Same type of deal... NO matter if he should have been MVP or did all these voulunteer things for animal activist.

None of you can see JL playing on the next level or on any NFL Owner's radar. Just be honest. All I ask this year is he continue to maintain as long as we need him. My expectations for him isn't high. Doesn't seem like Mile's is either from the post game interview. And the choice of play calling showed they weren't too confident in him...

I know I'm not the first one to to post this, but this post is painfully stupid.

He knows he just has to keep mistakes to a minimum and let the running game and defense win it. In 08, he was way to relied on partly because of offensive scheme and partly because of a clusterfrick defense.

he still doesn't appear completely comfortable.

Why can't everyone just realize this is who he is? And this is why he has never beaten anyone out as the true starter. He is not comfortable back there for whatever reason, which leads to bad footwork, off balance throws and bailing out on throws. It is who he is. But as long as the bad throws don't lead to INTs, we will be perfectly ok.

This could be said about every QB who has taken snaps at LSU since Matt Flynn.

The only person that truly knows this is Lee. I want nothing but the best for this young man!
