I 100% agree that Jones is "Settling" but seriously.....who are we going to get to come in and turn things around. People do think our program is a dumpster fire right now. Jones could quite possibly be OUR best option. Personally I say we go out and offer 3 mill a year to every big name we can.

I agree. People say "Who would want this job? Who do y'all think you can get?" Why in the world would Frank Martin leave Kansas State for South Carolina? Why wouldn't a big name coach leave where he is for LSU?

I'd like to buy the opinions of Mr. Temple and Mr. Ceasar for what they they are REALLY worth and sell them for what THEY THINK they are worth, I'd make a killing. Sick of them pushing for a sub par coach in a below average league WITH BAGGAGE that either way you slice it cost this program 15 years of misery, and that nobody else has wanted. This isn't the 80's and this isn't North Texas. You can like who you like, but be a true Tiger fan and support whoever Mr. Alleva chooses to hire and keep your pie hole closed with all your threats and suppossed knowledge. Most people don't care what you think.

Dear Clarence: Are you really an alumni? When was the last time you went to an LSU basketball game? You and so many other former players only show up when there is a free meal. Come to a few games every now and then and maybe your opinion will have a little merit.
Hiring a coach that is "buddy buddy" with the players doesn't always work out. Anyone remember Mike Archer?
