Plus I don't think most realize how MUCH BETTER LSU'S offense is gonna be this year. We should AVG over 40 a game easily

They play us game 10. They played Alabama game 10 last year. If Johnny Football is healthy, Texas A&M will be the favorite and probably wins. Watch out if they beat Alabama.

Guy's we have to hope we don't have a lot of injuries because of losing out defense & schedule. I think the Tigers will be OK if they get thru the first 4 games & start playing as a unit on defense.

aTm offense > LSU offense
LSU Defense > aTm defense
this game actually might end up being high scoring, it depends how much our defense develops by that point in the season.
I think it being at home gives us the advantage in this game, but its one of those defense vs offense type of games that LSU aTm will probably always be about.

Interesting. I was at both those games. QB play was dismal for LSU in both those games - certainly due to defenses as you pointed out. QB play will need to be above average. Johnny football will be after revenge. We took a possible national championship away from them as well last year. Our defense is rebuilding/reloading. Good sign for LSU is they will be in mid-season form. Will/Should be another great battle in Tiger stadium. We will see who is favored on game

I'm going to wait until they have more than one good year before I crown them with anything.
Their defense was average, not SEC average, but ncaa average, and as others have posted, they lost a lot from that average defense. They aren't reloading yet, and I doubt jff has as good of a season this year. And even if he does, I doubt it will be enough for the team to duplicate last year's success.
