Someone please explain how selling beer is going to keep people in their seats? Seems like it would have the opposite effect - getting up to pee and get more beer.

parking and traffic is the main issue. everybody looking around waiting for the biggest wave of fans to leave and run. no one wants to sit in traffic 1 to 2 hours after game.

Better OOC games would be the biggest thing. The stadium will more than likely be lifeless (and empty) in the second half of NM St, UL-Monroe, and Sam Houston St. And it will be this way for the next 4 OOC seasons. I know some people on this board will defend neutral-site games to death, and they have valid points, but this is the downside.

Parking is the other big issue I see, but I don't know if that's even fixable with BR's infrastructure. Smaller things that would be nice: better concessions, better score updates on the ribbon screen, bring back all the band songs, etc.

what does that have to do with putting fans in seats??

1. Free Wifi
2. Seatbacks
3. Beer (Bourbon would be best!)
4. Upgrade Concessions
5. Highlights of other games during all timeouts

and last but not least...

STOP PLAYING "B*%#H, I'M FROM LOUISIANA" IT SOUNDS LIKE A RECORD SKIPPING AND IS AWFUL

Give away $50000 at the end of each game... In some form (10x5) (2x25) or whatever to whomever is still in their seat. The 50 grand would be made up in concessions easily.

Season tickets that go unused for 3 or more games, or the seats for which are unoccupied after 10:00 to go in the 3rd quarter durin g 4 or more games, are subject to not being renewed. Such tickets will be sold the next season to individual, not corporate purchasers.

The issue is people leaving the stadium all together not people going to the bathroom. Beer sales in the stadium would keep people from starting to get hungover in the 3rd quarter after not drinking for 3 hours.

I agree, this is a HUGE problem.
Larger, more comfortable seating would help but would be a HUGE expense.
The chairback seats are made for the average person 50 years ago. People are much larger now.

A few extra TAF points if your ticket gets scanned/used by someone. Doesn't have to be much, just a small fraction of a point, but it would provide more incentive for people that End up not going to the game to then at least try to get that ticket in the hands of someone that will go to the game.

Problem solved.

Now you're still going to have an half empty stadium in the second half for most games, there's no way around that, but at least you have a pretty much packed house for the first half of every game
