as for texting and getting scores and highlights, I switched to Verizon a few years ago and have no issues. With AT&T I couldn't even make a phone call within a mile of the stadium. It would still be nice to see scores and possibly highlights of other games during commercial breaks.

Renovate the INSIDE of the stadium. There are actual sit down restaurants inside some basketball arenas that I have been to and there is more than enough room to do that in Tiger Stadium. I've gone to Phillips arena for games there and hung out at Taco Mac before the game and at halftime. It's a lot of fun and when you've grabbed a beer and some good food, YOU GO BACK TO YOUR SEAT. Set up one or two places like that where people can eat and drink and watch the game. They could even sell a certain number of SRO tickets.

Also, allow re-entry into the stadium, as long as they scan out.

I cant wait for all the "look how empty TS is" threads this year from people who dont go to games. The expansion was a terrible idea.

Have the screens in the stadium tuned to a game while our game is under commercial breaks. Georgia would do this during breaks in our game last year and I thought it was pretty nice.

Agreed but that is what's happening- start with the reality and then make adjustments. Ideal world yeah every one stays and yells until the end. Reality is 25% stay- it looks friggin ridiculous. Take it even further make the resell tix for $5 and keep it full

I am curious...for those of you saying that better cell reception would help, how do you figure that this would keep people in their seats through the end of the game?...

do you really know people who would pay $100 for a ticket to a game and then leave because they want to use their telephone?....

Prizes you can only win by being in your seat....something like next game you and 3 friends get to go on a stadium tour and run out with team, sideline passes. Free for LSU and incentive to stay for fans....and beer.

Unfortunately, yes. People are more and more ADD and there are tons of things to divide their attention. Fans are more aware of other games and being kept up to date on what is going on with them. LSU is also in the National Title conversation well into the season just about every year which, ironically, makes fans even more interested in other games that could impact their ranking.

Back when there was nothing else going on, everyone tailgated and most everyone stayed. Now? If faced with staying for a cake walk game with crappy, over-priced concessions and no alcohol or going back to the tailgate to watch one of many meaningful, exciting games on a big screen with great food and all the alcohol that you can drink, it's hard to pass up option B.

Personally, they usually have to make me leave and unless it's seriously bad weather AND I have kids with me, we stay until the end. If it's a meaningful game and the Tigers aren't up by more than 2 TDs, weather be damned, we aren't leaving.

Fix parking and traffic.

Have some CATS busses running nonstop from TS toward Tigerland and have a couple drop zones for folks that park on Nicholson. Have some running to the hay field, levee, and Alex Box lots. After drinking all day in the hot arse sun, it's tiring to have to walk 45 min back to your car to go sit in traffic.

Tiger stadium is fine, its the fans that need help. I would love to be closer so I could see all the games.

Build a rail system from LSU stadium to parking lots miles from there. After game take your designated train to your parking area. Have several parking areas so that not to cause gridlock before and after game. Call it the Tiger Train. Your welcome.
