Because Meyer's scheme fits the strengths of his QBs, ours on the other hand does not. You're not always going to have a future pro at the position so you have to tweak your system to give them the best chance to succeed. We don't do that, Meyer does.

I honestly think that if put AJ or Harris in an offense like Urban's, they would be awesome

Would absolutely kill it in Auburn's offense imo.

It's not the QB, it's the system. You put any of those QB's in at QB for LSU and they would suck. We have a system that doesn't allow for the development of the passing game and doesn't try to get the recievers and QB into any kind of rythem. OUr passing game is an uncreative disjointed mess. Any QB, short of an NFL QB with NFL WR's and an NFL RB, is going to stink in this system

hold back Crowton (go read the interview after he left)

I don't really care much about what Crowton has to say on the matter. In 2010, his offense was ranked 81. He moved on to Maryland, and the LSU offense was ranked 57 in 2011, while Crowton's offense was ranked 77.

After that brilliant offensive showing he was fired and went to the CFL, where he was also fired. And now he coaches at Southern Utah.

Believe it or not, this year's offense is better than 2010, with 1 game to play. Not that that's saying much.

In the game and they perform? They are on their 3rd strong QB and still have good quarterback play and somehow we can't have 1 qb, aside from mett, in miles reign? Tired of qb issues at LSU.

First good morning to all you delusional, Saban Nutt riders, and people that know shite about football.

Now to answer this guy's completely retarded post.......How did our QB'S look against our first three out of 4 games?? Like world beaters right there kid?? Keep up now this is where it's gonna blow your mind. OSU plays those teams every week all year and we play semi NFL defenses every week. So of course they can plug in probably even you with your handicapped sense of football and still look like world beaters. Where as we had two new starters. It's called the competition. Did Miles offense not set SEC records last year?? But that doesn't count right

Because when their freshman struggled at home versus VT and threw 3 ints in a HOME LOSS.. they stuck with him and he then became nearly a heisman contender.

LSU clearly has an issue with having QBs prepared and then they have an even bigger issue giving confidence into their more talented players. Harris absolutely showed so much promise until the first road start versus Auburn.. but then he never once got a chance to show that promise again.. and again next season we will have a coach without much confidence in a guy

No, except for Harris against Sam Houston. Do you even watch football?

Like the Iowa defense in last years bowl. By this logic the QB is shite going up against shite defenses so it should be a even matchup...correct? SEC D's were a step down from the norm this year also (Iron bowl video game)and Big D's aren't the cripples you are making them out to be I like Les but you fricks need to just admit that anything other than a pro QB in his system looks like hammered shite.

No, they didn't, they set LSU records except for the 2 1000 yard receivers and 1000 yard back.

They absolutely did not set any team conference records last year except the one I listed. I'm not even sure they were the first team to have that.
