It makes perfect sense! Les is criticizing players who chose personal revenge over team victory and drew 15 yard penalties. He's saying the players' priorities were:

1. Smack an Auburn player to get even
2. Victory

...and that they should have been:

1. Victory
2. Smack an Auburn player to get even

It made sense to me, too, but I got something slightly different. I read it as:

"Winning is our number one priority, not getting into a pissing match with an opposing player and costing your team yardage with stupid personal fouls. Normally, I deal with these issues in the privacy of the locker room, but it was getting out of hand and had to be dealt with on the sideline."

Mills had committed 2 15 yd penalities on the same play & CLM was just letting him know how he felt bout it...in his own way. But in an article in NOLA.com, a player was quoted as saying "CLM came over to us & told us to have a talk with Mills later, to make sure he was ok." I rather doubt CLM curses in Miles' speak.
