YES. Beyond a shadow of a doubt. Lee's a 5th year senior with a great amount of experience in games just like this one. 'Nuff said.

Agree but talking all the way around the chess match was just too much to type. Sliding the RB underneath or having the X/Y drag shallow is the counter. Glad to see you understand though.

I know my football comeaux, im glad u understand the game as well.

On the plays I have seen Lee look rattled this year - and it has only been on "plays," not entire games - it seems to me that his tendency is to be extremely conservative rather than put the ball in harm's way. I suppose this is a good thing but taking to many sacks and not getting the ball out on time could be a problem, too, if it happens too frequently. My best guess is that Lee may get pressured on certain plays but he has matured to the point where it is unlikely to carry over to the next play. A lot of it will have to do with down and distance and whether we are ahead or behind. Lee making first down throws and utilizing play action is unlikely to look rattled. Virtually any QB facing 3rd and longs is going to feel the heat from the Bama D.

I like our chances and expect Lee to play a solid game.

I agree with that for sure.

Lee is confident and composed. I'm not worried about him.

Here is the thing.

The open week is a huge advantage for the passing game.

The QBs were throwing the football during the open week.

Miles stated that he likes his QBs' rhythm.

The QBs are ready to execute.

Unlike most, I don't think blitzing bama is a good idea on 3rd and long with the way they use Richardson with dump offs screens and the like. Him one on one with one of our safeties in the open field scares me. Run blitzes on early downs to keep Richardson from going north south, I like

Absolutely. Some of you can't get past almost half a decade ago.

It is what it is. JL does not like pressure or at least he doesn't react well when the pocket breaks down. I look for him to pick bama apart when he has time but am not excited about what will happen when they pressure him.

Other than his freshmen season, do you have proof of this?

If JL wants a shot at getting some sort of job at the next level, Saturday is his audition. I think he will step up.

He'll probably do something smart like get rid of it or eat it, which is exactly what he should do.

good throws under pressure?

I believe Saban will pressure Lee all night long to rattle him. This is the only thing I'm truely worried about in this game. So far this season he has played well, but he hasn't seen the type of pressure yet that he'll see on Saturday.

It will be a roller coaster ride. I'm not saying this because I'm more of a Jefferson fan, but I think Jefferson will have a more prominent role in this game just to the fact that, lets face it, Lee doesn't stand in the pocket as long as he should sometimes and forces the issue...I'd rather Jefferson tuck it and run for 150yds this game...anyways whoever is in there I hope will get the job done.

Lee and JJ have been in big pressure games and have done well. AJ has not and I look for LSU to harass the shite out of him

Have you not watched the games this season? Remember the oregon game when he ran around in circles trying to catch his tail like a dog?

I would be willing to bet he has been hit less than any D-1 qb.
