1 is the reason to beat Bama
2 is false cuz Les is more
3 They are smarter? do tell The refs make them less penalized and they have shown this relentless speed against whom? I do not think their opponents qualify them for this assessment. And besides, they are still just Gumps.

He has a point on all three except coaching. But that is a matter of preference. Both LSU and Bama have excellent coaching staffs. Miles is being underestimated yet again.
If both teams come into it undefeated, it will be the game of the century. The winners will tell their grandchildren about this game. And it will come down to turnovers and special teams.
Can't wait! But let's beat Florida, Tennessee and Auburn first.

And they wont get called for a penalty in Tuscaloosa. The SEC office wouldnt allow it.

4) Miles has extra time to get ready for Bama.
Cowherd sucks.

WTF??? better coach?? what happen to that reasoning last year when Saban's D got "outcoached" by the end around little trick play?? Terrible reasoning on Colins part, and by now everyone should be off the bad coach thing.... Miles has clearly shown himself a very good football coach,, he just doesnt speak well in interviews.... I usually agree with Cowherd, not this time...

Everyone has an opinion. It's not like any of those are far fetched. 6 weeks from know we can prove him wrong.

LSU will not score. Someone please tell me why I'm wrong.
In the last few years, all of which Alabama has had pretty top notch defenses LSU has scored:
2010: 24 points
2009 19 points
2008 I forgot, 21 points
LSU's offense is better this year than it was in 2010 and 2009.
I'm gonna gonna go out on a limb here and say LSU will score in this game as well.
Tell me why I'm wrong.

Well, i'll say those same reasons are why florida beats alabama.
1)it's at florida.
2) weis and muschamp greater than just saban
3) florida is a smarter team/faster team.
damn, i need my own show!

And reason number 4...
Alabama has adjustable sidelines.
Alabama has adjustable sidelines.

Toss up IMO.. Record indicates as such

3) They are the smarter, less penalized team, and play with relentless speed.
Smarter..maybe in the sense that they have more veterans. Havent looked at the penalty stats. One thing to note.. Playing on the road leads to more penalities..always has
Relentless speed though is bullshite.. Ive seen both play enough to know that both are relentless in regards to speed.

Only difference is @Alabama, but we've handled 2 hostile environments already, so hopefully it won't be too much of an advantage for Alabama.
This is true. Playing away from TS in Sept will help in that game. Cowherd is a traditional power nut bag anyway. You ever heard him blow Bellichick. What happened to his beloved Pats yesterday? His comments just prove his idiocy and the reason the national media are morons especially ESPN. History dictates they don't have a coaching edge. I think we as well coached as bama and have as much or more speed. His only valid point is #1, but Lsu Sept schedule prepared them for it. Cowturd is no college football authority. Before the season he said only OU and bama could go unbeaten. That statement is very stupid, signed Auburn and Oregon last year.

I hope like Hell that LSU wins this year but this might be Alabama's year just because they are a more veteran group as a whole and the game is in Alabama. I think next year is our year to win the whole thing. This year has been, and will remain and very pleasant surprise.

did he forget that we have an open date before that and that Miles has an excellent record when given extra time to prepare for a game. And, even though Bamer has an open as well, Saban's teams historically have not performed well coming of mid-season open dates...just sayin' is all.

Alabama will enjoy a home game advantage... However...
I think LSU has the advantage of more depth in their DB's and Dline...
I think LSU has the advantage of a more experienced QB....
I think LSU has the advantage of special teams...
This will probably be a low scoring defensive struggle. If that is the way this game plays out then special teams and turnovers will be the difference maker in this game. Therefore:
ADVANTAGE LSU!!
A lot can happen between now and then...

I agree with #1 possibly but the rest of his reasons are bs.

He always, ALWAYS, throws LSU in the mix if the best teams in college football. Not just this year, but for at least the last four years he's been doing it. Guess he didn't know what he was talking about then either?

Nothing surprising about being AP #1 when you start at 4. This is a great team that can win every game. Doing what Lsu did in Sept is incredible.

I remember when the knock against LSU was, they couldn't beat Bama ANYWHERE
..fixed
times have changed for the better.
This was part of Charlie Mac's demise.
