Agreed, but Miles has outcoached better coaches many times.

3) They are the smarter, less penalized team, and play with relentless speed.

Maybe so. We'll see.

This game will be won by 3 points either way imo.

it is agreed that the refs will be "all up in" bama for the big home games.

Not the refs, the replay booth official, a/k/a, "Mr Bama Booster." We all know that, it's a joke.

Reasons why Mike and Mike and Dan Patrick have better shows than Cowherd.. Because they don't suck as bad.

Dan Patricks show is a million times better than any espn radio show produce

(SVP is the only credible show they have).

its like a bizzaro world listening to DP then switching to cowturd.

Are redundant statements

After watching the SEC officials do their usual job of ignoring offensive holding the entire night in Morgantown, evidently getting in practice for our game against the Gumps, I have a sinking feeling that in a close game, the zebras will decide it.

oddly enough, in spite of these deficits, the game will be played, just in the off chance that mr. cowherd is mistaken.

Nothing surprising about being AP #1 when you start at 4.

I think if you go back to the thread where everyone was predicting LSU's record for the year I think you'll see that the vast majority of people thought this was a two loss team. I was one of them. I didn't think that this was gonna be the year for national title hopes. I know think differently after seeing the team play. That's why I'm pleasantly surprised.

Its not because the game is in Alabama.

Its because the SEC office is in Alabama.

Our punter is the differance in this game.

We have 2 weeks to prepare and get healthy. I give an edge to Les with that bc he's the best in the game with extra time to prepare.

Who cares what Cowpie thinks. We play Kentucky this Saturday and are not thinking about Bama now.

One game at a time.

1. He's right

2. Opinion, and may be a wrong one

3. Maybe...we're more explosive though.

Smarter? Did Cowherd compile all of their ACT scores to see which team was higher?

Less penalized? It comes out to LSU committing less than a penalty a quarter more (.875) thus far this season. Big fricking deal.

Relentless Speed? Basically Cowherd said "relentless" because thats a word that saban uses a lot. What kind of speed does LSU have...relenting?

Im cool with ppl giving their opinion about who they think will win, but when you just throw out token and general reasons and they end up not making sense then you lose all creditability.

The game will defend on several factors, but none of his reasons are that outlandish to be honest.

It's in Alabama, which is always a tough game, and they have a great defense.

The things that he doesn't seem to point out is that their offense right now is lest talented at WR and young at QB this year. They are a running team, which plays into LSU's strength on defense. Maze is their main weapon at WR, and is a legit game breaker, but the other WRs aren't as big of a threat.

The main thing I see will be how they handle the injuries they've sustained this past game. The losses of Kirkpatrick and their LBer could be tough on them in the long run, but I am not sure if both will be back in time for that game.

1. Its in Alabama : check ( will get every call at the least )

2. Have the better coach : Negative. Miles v. Saban 2-2, right ?

3. Smarter, less penalized, play with speed : WTF ? No basis.

However - "Its in Alabama " is huge, probably difference maker .

It is setting up to be a monumental game. Both teams mirror each others strengths. I think our quarterback and special teams are a little bit better, but it should be a highly competitive game. Both teams will be fighting hard, providing they are both still undefeated at the time.
