Wait, don't we still have Russell Shepard that could play QB if we needed to use a 3rd QB? Could open the door for a whole new package of plays. I'm just sayin'.

Garrett is well known on the board. he was the savior until the spring game.

Scarborough was asked straight up if Les cut him or if he left due to lack of reps/competition. And Mike's insightful answer: "Both have their point of view. We spoke with both."

Doesn't mean they were correct in doing so. Necessity could force them to.

we should look at this guy Blaine Dalton to bridge the gap. He got kicked off Mizzou's team for getting a couple DUIs and maybe some pill possession, but hey, we should take a chance. (This was sarcasm, but the main point is that we may have to look to JUCOs to bridge the gap)

eta: This guy might actually be a legitimate candidate Justin Tuggle

Along with:

"Too early to tell"
"Could go either way"
"Nobody has a read on him"
"We'll have to wait and see"
etc...

At least 2 of the incoming freshman played quarterback in high school. Gibson and Spencer, if push comes to shove you could see one play QB.

I would bet that LSU would offer Dak Prescott if they haven't already.

after we whiff on plenty of other prospects, we'll get the one we want.

Makes no sense to me to cut CG given our situation at QB... We take the number one Duel threat guy and move him to WR and then cut our rfr backup who has a cannon for am arm and were supposedly grooming him and bringing him up slow after throwing two QBs into the fire.

that can only possibly be lee, who is a baseball player playing football who likely leaves in 3 years

Why does SFP post shite like this and promote it as fact?

Z. Lee was a elite 11 qb...........Ranked in the top 15 at his position nationwide..............He throws a 93 mph fastball thats why he was drafted in the 1st.............

This by no means means that he cannot play football so quit spewing bullshite like he won't be here in 3 years when he just likely turned down millions of dollars to PLAY FOOTBALL at LSU.
