Ware and Gore are both electrifying backs that are fun to watch.
Where have you seen Gore play?
He RS last season. I've never seen him play other than the spring game.

Trying to project the RB depth chart based on the spring game is a mistake
Thank you.

Eric, if you think none of the imcoing backs are on par.....my suggestion would be to go look at some Franklinton film.
I hope like hell Magee redshirts, mainly so there are two years between him and Ware, but you are vastly over looking him.
Terrance Magee
TM
shiiiit maybe we should recruit off of initials. The other TM worked out

Gore likely gets the most touches after ware because he brings a different skillset than the other guys.
What skill set is that? Not too familiar with Gore and what type of player he is

Doesn't have the straight line Olympic speed of trindon, but he's similar in the sence of a quick burner. Think Jeff Demps, Chris Rainey.

Jeff Demps has trindon speed

Thanks
Is he in the running to be a return man? Who do yall think will be our new returner?

He’s much more similar to Rogers from Oregon State than Demps. He’s one of those guys who’ll bust-out regular sub-4.0 shuttles. He’s all about acceleration and quickness as opposed to top-end speed. One thing I’ll say is he’s surprisingly strong for his size, similar to Rogers, and actually can run between the tackles as opposed to someone like Demps.

No shite. Demps and Rainey have triple the football instincts of trindon, with similar speed.
I did say he does NOT have the Olympic speed of trindon. To think of Rainey and demos. They are similar sized, similar skill sets. You should post less.

This is the problem Oregon faces as well as they prepare for LSU. There are so many unknowns on offense, yet so many play-makers that anyone can hurt you if you don't game plan properly.
All of the backs at LSU have been recruited for a specific reason, as each meets a certain skill-set needed on our offense. Some players develop quicker than others, just depends on the player.
I think we have a problem that a lot of teams would love to have, and I'm just going to enjoy all of our backs, receivers, etc. contributing to a NC.

What. the. frick?

When the hell did players after one year start not to "pan out?"

What I think makes Ware better are his instincts
Ware has great vision and has very flexible hips and is agile...and good enough speed and power (with his low base)...ergo, he is elusive and hard to brings down.

Agreed. But you can have more agile hips than a cheetah and it won't mean jack unless you can use them. To do that, you have to be able to see the field peripherally, quickly interpret movement, anticipate what the defender is doing, then get the messages to your muscles to move them. If you can do this in milliseconds, then that is what I mean by instinct.
In the Cotton Bowl, Ware made extremely quick decisions, very efficient moves, and found open space consistently. Ergo, he has shown better "instinct" than Ford.
Either way, they will make a good combo on the field. I just think Ware has the complete package.

why are you not a huge blue fan. Yes he fumbled twice and one was on a bad option pitch from JJ. The other was after he ran a 18 yard run and got the ball knocked out by a helmet hit. Had a good rush vs Tenn and then got hurt for the year. I agree hes not a flashy like Ware but hes a hard nose north south runner. I cant hate on any of them... they all bring something different.

Didn't you hear? Ford = "The new Keiland Williams".

I think we see a lot of ford also. Im telling you guys, jordan to ford on the option is going to be unstoppable.

Ware better do something. I drafted him in the 3rd round of my college FF draft and I'm expecting big things from him this year.
