Honest Tune,

Can't disagree with a thing you note. When I lived in Tyler, one of my ambitions was to play a round of golf with Willie. Not a chance of it ever happening, but would have enjoyed it!!!!!!!

It is noteworthy that I attempt to be non-judgmental toward others. All of us make mistakes and have an amazing ability to right the ship and be very successful in life.

My thoughts are only shared in a vein of prevention, not condemnation. In regard to Arden, my thoughts are only included in this thread toward others comments. I have no clue what Arden is dealing with, nor is it any of my business.

Like you I wish him nothing but the best, whether as a Tiger or anything else he choses in life.

Hope you get that round with Willie!

Regarding principles, it was said that prior to his freshman year, Arden gained 20 lbs of solid muscle by working out with his dad all summer. That told me a lot about both of them. I'm sure his dad is pointing him in a proper direction right now too. O, being a lifelong lineman, knows how special Key is as a person and player and is fully supportive. I actually think this leave can be a good thing, and Key will seriously dominate this year.

Less reps, more rest might have been a good thing for #7 last spring/summer if we are being truthful on the matter.

As a lifelong Tiger fan, albeit from a distance, i.e., no ties to the team in any form, I agree with your #7 comment.

I've seen all the great LSU backs since and including Taylor. From an observer only, he appeared to have ankle issues from his sophomore year on. Would have relished the thought of seeing that man at 100% health for 3 full years, but it just wasn't to be.

Your info on Key and his Father sounds spot on. For some reason, he just seems to remind me of someone that is always right on the cusp of greatness. Looking forward to seeing him fulfill his potential this year!!

Do you think he gets high before a game? Doubt it very seriously

I hope not, however, I do think it is foolish to use a controlled substance that COULD cost him everything he has worked hard for up to this point.

It's just not worth it IMHO.

No. But I also don't think he's stupid enough to get stoned before a goddamn football game.

I don't know young Mr. Key on a personal level so I can't speak to his intelligence however, stupid is not the word I would use but, he did get caught and, I do believe it cost him a game whether people on the this board want to admit it or not.

He had stated before the season he wanted 20/21 sacks, I believe he ended up with 13/14, I wonder how his use of cannabis effected his play (good or bad).

Hope he gets his life together and gets the sack total he wants.

Back to my original question of you, you answered no and I appreciate that. Didn't mean to ruffle any feathers that was not my intent. I have never tried cannabis or alcohol of any kind so I wouldN'T know the effects of either one.

Lawrence Taylor called for you. He sounded angry.

Ah, Mr. Taylor should not be angry with me, he has suffered plenty with his abuse of cocaine I believe it was/is.

For every LT who has survived there is a Whitney Houston-Brown who did not.

Thanks for bringing substance to the conversation.

Be proud of your education. Being an East Texas country boy, I still struggle with proper English and strive to better myself however, at 53 years old its a battle I'm not sure I can win.

Man, some of y'all are just odd. Did one guy really say he will "lose his shite" if Key doesn't come back? Another person wondering if he's still enrolled and somebody else asking if he's on campus or doing online work?!

Y'all need to take a step back, re-evaluate your life, and move the frick on. It's a fricking sport. A sport that's not even in season. It's lame enough that people get their rocks off for spring football practice but some of you take it to a completely different level of weirdness

You have 8,000 posts on an online message board and you're telling other people to take a step back and look at their weird habits. Lol why don't you practice what you preach and get some fresh air, dickhead

When my uncle taught me how to swim in Lake O' the Pines, he said I floated like a FATBOY, so it stuck. Been called that ever since.

How about that off season 20 lb muscle gain he targeted earlier this year? Must be a very significant reason he chose time away. Hope things conclude in a positive manner for him.

But he's right. And if you do the math he averages around 3.5 posts/day since he joined so it seems like he's getting a good bit of fresh air. Nothing he said in the post you are referring to is wrong. But go ahead and talk shite about someone's post count

Every uncle I ever had called me by something other than my real name
