Any fans in the Houston area plan on going to the game here on the 13th? There site says no tickets available and the cheapest on stub hub is $19. Do they pack the house or something?

This is the type of team to challenge the UK, Duke & UNC's of basketball this season.
Ehh let's not get too far ahead of ourselves. our depth is our best asset, but our youth is our biggest weakness. I can see us making the elite 8, but final 4 or better would be seriously overachieving with our youth/lack of quality bigs.

I'm going, but I'm a UH student so I'll get in for free. You can best believe though that I will be in LSU garb in the UH student section.

I'm talking on an individual game basis. We can beat those type of teams this year, but probably not even close next year.
We arent really much younger than UK or UNC.

If you buy tickets through UH you have to buy a 3 game mini-pack to get tickets for the LSU game.
I just ended up buying my tickets on StubHub.

OK this is why it says no tickets available. Thanks for the info.

College Basketball is the one sport that you can have a team full of youth and still win. As long as you have a couple of experienced vets as we do with TQ and Hornsby and Gray, and a guy like Benny being the man on the court, and then the athletes surrounding them, Blakeney, Sampson, And eventually Victor. This team is loaded and they can go as far as they want this year.

We may not have anyone average 30 minutes this year.
The 3 freshman starters already do

Both Sampson and Tone's minutes will go down when keith gets back, and Ben's might go down when victor can play.
You might have known this, but maybe not

Ready. Watching from the couch in Htown. Super fun team to watch. Great to see the improvement of the players from previous years. Ben and Blakeney are on another level and will spoil us on the level of freshman play we will come to expect Ben's vision is my favorite part of his game. Let's Geaux.

Seriously doubt it, unless the game is in hand,

No doubt. My second favorite is how ambidextrous he is. I don't recall ever seeing a better two handed player. It is like being a great switch hitter in baseball and a truly two-footed player in soccer. You basically can't be defended if you are on your game that day.
