He's like a combo of Hester, Dickson, and Quinn

He's been an LSU fan for a while, but as of late he's been very high on TCU. There has been a recent pipeline from WM to TCU, so personally I think he'll end up there. He'll get more PT at TCU and as a smaller guy, the Big 12 might would be better than the SEC for him. He's a heck of a player and he could definitely see the field at LSU, but I think he's all TCU.

He is fast, quick, has hops, and is strong.
Great hands, great route-running and a multi-purpose athlete.
Saw him play since he was a freshman and he has only gotten better each and ever year--he started as a freshman on varsity.
I am no recruiter and don't run a recruiting site. But, last year I watched a ton of film on players from around the state and said that he was the best all-around athlete in the state last year as only a junior. It was apparent watching film. Even film that has come out now of top prospects in Louisiana is no better.
He is criminally underrated, but he will rise higher before the end of summer and by the end of football season next year.
He will probably play slot receiver. Luckily he will be coming into a situation where Canada's offense won't make him look inept as Miles offense did with Quinn.

Man! "Pancakes" got some kind of pull!

Just not that kind of kid. He's not going to commit without discussing everything with his guardians. He's also not going to commit, decomit, recommit to this team and that team. When he commits, he will be ACTUALLY COMMITTED. I know...it's a novel concept.

What I meant is he might need to commit to secure a spot.

when will he commit JJ? (To any school)

Serious question. Can he dunk?
Posted on 3/30/17 at 12:41 pm to BigEdLSU
Idk. He's 6' with shoes plus 36" vert so that puts his head at 9'. I would think so.

If he's mid 30s he should be able to if he can palm the ball. Would be a nice multi sport
Clip. Congrats.

Did you decide this after watching all of LSU's spring practices and scrimmages?

Pumped this kid will get to live out his dream in an offense that can utilize his skillset.

All Jacob Hester comparisons...
SMH
Hester was a FB type recruit. But he was white. He weighed over 230 in high school. We might as well compare him to Shawn Jordan.
Bolden is 5'11 190.

I agree
Bolden's best...white.. comparison is the 2x Heisman finalist Christian McAffrey. I trust Bolden's measurables and they are real close to CM.
Oh what Matt Canada could have SB doing from the slot in a few short years

The guy he reminds me of the most will probably draw a laugh from LSU fans. In all honesty, he is A LOT like Josh Reed.

Yea...easy UNC. Thats a lofty comparison
He looks like a natural WR. That smooth catch over the defender in the back corner of the endzone without breaking stride was beautiful. (Against Ouachita I believe)
