Would they have gotten playing time behind Lafell, Byrd, Toliver, etc?
It's an interesting question, but keep in mind that those guys were not offered by LSU because the coaches preferred Tolliver, DeAngelo Peterson, Tim Molton, and Jhryn Taylor, who were all from LA. It's similar to Chris Brown going to Oklahoma because LSU preferred Keiland, Charles Scott, and Richard Murphy.
+1. I doubt Johnson or Byrd would have beat out Lafell, Byrd, or Tolliver. We still arent quite sure what we got in Tolliver, Peterson, Molton, Taylor. Before we draw any conslusions, Id like to see how those young WR pan out. We took 5 LA WR that year, of course somebody got snubbed. Hell, if it wasnt Johnson or Byrd it would have been one of the other 5 WR. I would assume Cajun would be pissed we snubbed one of them too.

and the type of offense and competition have a lot to do with it as well... its like saying Troy Edwards was better than D.Bowe. Its just not true, the NFL has proved that

We currently have 9 commits (5 OOS).
I wont consider any LA kid with an offer, since they could commit at any time. At this point, who on this list should be traded for a LA kid without an LSU offer.
Brandon Worle (FB)
Jamarcus Hardrick (OT)
Mike Davis (WR)
Justin Hunter (WR)
Luke Muncie (LB)

Another La kid be starting for Ole Miss this year..
Rishaw Johnson was pretty physical today. I¡¯m anxious to watch this film and see just how good he did. I was excited, because usually the first drills, it¡¯s overwhelming because the defense is usually ahead and in the backfield. But they had a few plays where they at least came out and made a few creases."

Do you have difficulty performing routine, daily activities? Judging from your obvious stupidity, I find it hard to imagine that you could merely tie your own shoes without any assistance.

If you know so much about Louisiana recruits, how did you leave out 5 of them on that depth chart?

your point being that we should offer inferior players just because they have Louisiana driver's license?

Since Les Miles took over as LSU coach in January of 2005, the Tigers have signed 114 players. Slightly more than half (60) came from Louisiana. Miles has definitely signed more out-of-state players than previous LSU head coaches.

Yeah Les, slow play the La kids and shite when they go someplace else!..Or make excuses that the fit was not evident...

He's typing Sentimore right now.
I will preempt him with this statement about this thread as a whole.
"Cajun61, what you've just posted is one of the most insanely idiotic things I've ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response was there anything that could even be considered a rational thought. Everyone on this board is now dumber for having read it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul!"

You know I think I'm done...You can all go back to your little recruiting check-list/whatever and dream on!
I deal in reality...
In 3 or 4 years when LSU is made up of 75% to 80% OOS kids and we go 7-5 or the like you all will remember the Crazy Cajun..Until then:
Good day and good cher!
Been truly stimulating
