i just got an Email from scout saying we have a new commit.

its says follow the link, but it bring me to the commit list and it isnt updated.

could it be Lee?

LE, when that email first went out (when this thread got started) he was on the commit list but he's been taken off. People got a little excited at Scout until the people on LSU's end clarified.

looks as though LSU wants him to start during spring practice for 2010... so should he be considered a commit for 2009?

Interesting...

The Staff not comfortable with the current WR roster for next season? or are they looking to have that deep threat game breaker that may be missing this year??

Did anyone really stand out this spring as far as recievers go (besides Lafell) They needed someone to step up and I don't remember reading about anyone that did

sounds like he may have trouble finishing on time to qualify for the 2009 season. i hope he is able to. with those stats as fresh he could eventually be a quality SEC receiver

I think the guys that stood out were the bigger possession guys...What Byrd like receivers do we have on the 2009 roster?

How tall is Molton? Like 6'2?

ETA - i think if Peterson stays at WR he will also be a significant contributor, but he's enormous

yeah, but i was mostly referring to the "burner" type receiver.
