That is what I think we will get.

I think we could convert a RB/LB to fullback, but I really don't have a problem getting one. I hope that if we get a FB then someone gets greyshirted to open up a spot for a national guy that otherwise wouldn't have a spot.

I don't see Michael or JM as part of this class...

Every piece of info I have read (from all over the place, not just one site) makes me doubtful about JM.

His mom is just too big of a factor at this point. If she gets swayed later in the recruiting process then I will change my tone.

Yea me either. I think Sentimore can be ever bit as good a DT as McFarland just like Drake Nevis is better than Al Woods. That list I came up with was what I would hand pick if I could.

Singleton looks like he will be a stud at FB though, he already looks like hes in the NFL.

Toben Opurum is more of a Jacob Hester in between FB /RB whil Singleton will be a blocking FB more than anything.

Toben could be a RB at some places around the country. He has the speed and quickness to do that...I don't think Singleton can be a successful RB at the next level. Could be a great FB though.

The Golden Triangle is pretty much Cajun Country, especially Port Arthur. I feel good about him liking the idea of playing in front of 90,000 crazy Cajuns on a Saturday night. Heck, winning a National Championship is more attainable then at A&M. Does anyone think A&M will win a BCSNC in the next 5 years?

*The Golden Triangle is Beaumont, Port Arthur and Orange, TX. LSU should own this area with a strong presence in Houston every year.

I don't think they're passing on him at all. I think he has a committable offer.

Calhoun can play RB too, so he is a potential option in addition to Ford and Pratt

Books, that's my point. He DOESN'T have an offer. He has some interest from the "staff."

One last question on this subject, who exactly calls it a non-committable offer? Do the coaches actually call it this, or is it just a phrase the media, etc. uses?

Thanks for your/ya'lls patience and assistance with these questions!

Fixed it. Boy, did we ever make out with this switch. This is another example of losing a kid (in State even) that we coveted, and making out like a "fat rat"!!!

I may be going out on a limb here, but I see:
Ford= similar to KW
Pratt= similar to CS
Calhoun= similar to RM

MFN, It's Luther Davis.

I guess that is who you are trying to the make the comparison to.

Luther Head played basketball for Illinois when they made the Final Four and lost to UNC. I think he plays for the Rockets now.

Ford >>>>> KW in terms of mentality and durability

Would someone who has seen this guy play answer me this:

What would you rather? Not get CM and have an 80% chance at Lache Seastrunk OR take him now and have a 50% chance at Lache?

I'm under the impression that the coaches are in love with TR, and they don't want to give away another scholly knowing that next year it is possible they could get the best RB in the nation.

Eddie Lacy and Christine Micheal are really on a fence for us.
