Why don't you buy the regular liquid eggs?

Same calorie count and protein amount.

2 whole eggs and 3/4-1 cup of egg whites has been my go-to most mornings here recently. Have added cottage cheese in the past, as was suggested above, as well. Can't go wrong going either of those routes, egg whites by themselves are just devoid of anything other than protein, really

Are you scrambling that or just drinking it?

In the video he scrambles it and cooks it in a frying pan. Looks good.

Dollars per gram of protein based off my local Walmarks:

Egg whites $.05
Chicken breast $.03
Pork loin $.04
Light Greek yogurt $.05
Muscle Milk Whey $.06

Not a huge difference.

I pour them in a bowl and nuke them for 4 min. Pour salsa over them and eat.

Easy protein meal.

House reeks like sulfur but oh well.

Tried them this morning. 2 eggs, 2 servings of egg whites, 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

I don't know if it's because I didn't blend it up before cooking or because I let my 11 year old do most of the cooking but it came out kind of watery.

Still tasted ok and I got 40g for breakfast.

I will scramble the entire jug at once and mix it with cooked sausage (usually Jimmy Dean) and southern hashbrowns.

About 4-5 days of breakfast.

I find you have to blend it, takes a little longer to cook.

Cottage cheese in eggs is good but I don’t like the watery consistency if you put too much. I’d rather just eat a bowl of cottage cheese with eggs

yep 1/2-3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese(good cultured is best but $$) to every 3 whole eggs. scramble or even better throw into the ninja and hit it like that....game changer...fluffy as hell, taste even better, and they almost never burn or get hard.

And if you don't want to cook it you can make your own ice cream out of a similar blend.

Unless you are the rare person that is especially sensitive. egg consumption won't significantly raise your blood cholesterol. Some studies even show higher egg consumption raises HDL thus reducing LDL/HDL ratio.

Blood cholesterol is primarily generated by the liver and is more associated with saturated fat consumption. So eat the eggs, but avoid the cheese, bacon, sausage, and white toast with them.
