Just want to take this opportunity to say it's awesome to do squats with a barbell again. Leg Day was fun last night.

If it says 20 kilograms on the end cap then it's 44 otherwise it's 45 lbs

Triceps today at lunch..

VBar Pushdowns: (warmups) 187.5x8, 193.5x8, 193.5x10
Skull Crushers: 90x8, 100x8, 110x8
DB Extensions: 95x8, 95x10, 95x10
Rope Pushdowns: 100x8, 106x8, 112.5x8

Some Crossfit stuff in the PM: Core work/1 min Handstand holds x3 and 100 shoulder taps with some push-ups mixed in.

Probably biceps tomorrow and I'll try to squeeze legs in somewhere. I'll be at a Crossfit event all weekend in Pensacola.

Haha I'm feeling pretty sore which is good. Feel it right in the glutes.

Today I went in and rode the bike, jumped rope, did some ab stuff, some things on the rings and med balls. It was fun.

A: 15 pullup unbroken
A: 12 reps DB bench press

3 rounds
B: 6 DB row e/s
B: 8 face pulls ( form over weight)

C: AFAP 5 minute cap
Pushups 45lb plate 9x7


Afternoon:

A: EMOM 12 (6 sets)
Squat 1x3 @81% then 5x2 @85%

B: AFAP 5 rounds
12 DB deadlift
9 DB power clean
6 push press
2:00 minutes rest

50lb DB each hand

Looks like a fun workout.

The LSU game prevented me from hitting Fran today. I'll probably do Fran sometime this week just to see my time. It's been a while.

Chest day
Bench: 45x20, 135x15, 185x10, 225x4, 245x2, 260x6, 270x6, 280x4
DB Incline: 95x8, 95x7, 95x8
Seated Machine Chest Press: 200x8, 212.5x8, 225x8
Flat DB Flys: 50x8x3

Felt off today, probably from shite sleep last night after volleyball at Mangos; elbow tendinitis in the left elbow was a tad bothersome.

I'll probably rotate the last movement (probably between 4) to something different each week.

No gym today...yesterday was:

bench 145 x 5, 5, 10 (amrap)
rows 115 x 5, 5, 10 (amrap)
squats 175 x5, 5, 8 (amrap) thought about pushing to 9 but wasn't at a good rack that I was confident in getting the weight to the supports if I had to bail, so just didn't push it.

preacher curls- 45 x 15, 15
tricep pushdowns- 100 x 15, 15
calf raises - 90 x 10, 10 (3 count on the way up, down and 5 holding at the top/bottom)

8 rounds of 20 sec on 25 sec off hiit on the bike with 2 min warmup and cooldown)
