Day 2 done.

I hate weighted anything like chin ups, pull ups, or dips. The weight belts are such a pain in the arse. I’m sure I’ll get better and more efficient as tuesdays come and go.

For weighted Chin and Pull-ups I’m lazy so I hold a kettlebell with foot. I put my foot through the handle like a stirrup, pull myself up, and cross my other foot over the front to keep it from sliding.

I am going to try that method next time. I used to use a dumbbell when I had a friend workout with me. But can't do that solo.

What weight did y'all do on the OHP?

Started lighter and worked up. I usually try to do the same weight for all sets but I took 12 days off from the gym and was just kind of feeling out where I am.

Set 1: 115
Set 2: 125
Set 3: 135

Weight vest for push ups and dips but it’s a little heavy for me to do strict pull ups

D1 down. I felt a little weak on the bench probably because I haven’t eaten much over the weekend. Otherwise it was good. That upright row/lateral SS made me want to cry.

Yea we plan on doing pool season 2 next. I'm not sure if its similar to this one or not.

Hate 21s. Did 3 sets of true 21s and then a final set of probably 10 curls.

Pool day 1 done. Squats and Bench felt light but that dang lateral superset at the end .... I was doing drop sets basically.

D2 done. Definitely gotta reduce the training max for deadlift. After not deadlifting for 2 months those kicked my arse at the weight I was doing and could feel my form go to shite on the set of 10. Other than that not bad at all

D2 done 21’s sucked, haven’t done those in 20 years probably.

Tried to do some sit ups after, but that wasn’t happening after the ab rollouts yesterday

I tried another couple of sets and 6 was damn near impossible

Rest day/ cardio day complete. Did extra minutes on the treadmill plus some light weight stuff. And finished it off with the stairs!
