Under 50 grams of carbs per day

Nonsense

Finding the correct macros for leaning out is the answer

Some people perform better on lower carbs some do better on lower fat

I do better on lower fat and higher carbs

Well laid out macros that you stick too will get you lean. It’s not instant but it works

I eliminated sodas from my diet a long time ago. I mostly drink water with meals. I do have a Dr Pepper on occasion. Maybe once a week

Does not compute.

Look im not saying this to single you out, but we all do this. Lie to ourselves. If you are drinking a dr pepper once a week, you havent eliminated shite.

I havent had a dr pepper since 2017.

You are right. I should’ve said “drastically reduced” instead of eliminated. I did also say in that same post that I’m not an all or nothing type of person. Moderation is key. I won’t deny myself things that I enjoy on occasion. Poor choice of words in my part.

you can't spot reduce fat by increasing muscle mass in an area. YOu just have to burn it overall, and it will get there eventually.

This is your answer. Your body is gonna lose fat in a specific sequence that is genetic.

If you havent done this already...start with no alcohol
