Less drinking
Less sugar
Lift weights
More water
Fasting window
You’ll lose 20lbs in a few months if not faster

Eat fewer calories than you burn on a daily basis
ETA: drink a ton of water, it will help curb your appetite

You can't target a specific spot to lose fat and situps will not make you lose belly fat. What it can do is burn calories and make your abs bigger. To lose weight you need to have less calories going in that you burn in a day. Be active and count macros that belly will go away right away.

Eat your fat neighbor?
Seems that solve the problem. Free range fatty on the BBQ.

You can do it, but it will take time. I've dropped about 30-35 pounds over three years and dropped a couple of pants sizes, but I've done it by focusing on one thing at a time instead of doing a bunch of major changes at once. Started working out more consistently and that knocked off some, then focused on improving my diet, then added more cardio workouts into the fold.
It's mostly important to stay consistent and understand that you won't knock it all off at once. There will be some plateaus where you don't see as much progress but if you keep pushing, it will eventually happen.

I’ve lost 10 lbs over the last 50 days.
It’s been hard with the holidays. But I got an app to track my calories. I have been working to staying under 1500 calories a day. Then I work out 5 days a week with a goal to burn 300-400 calories at the gym. I’ve focused more on weight lifting than as much cardio. But I do both. But muscle building is great for burning fat also.
This and stay committed. Once you got. Goal weight stick to some of that for at least maintenance. One I lost another 10 lbs in going to still stay under 2000 calories and still workout and make sure I don’t gain it back.

Lost 30 lbs and never stopped drinking beer and bourbon.
It's calories in and calories out, doesn't matter where the calories come from.

Eat less, move more. Limit your sugar to less than 20g per day and target even lower.
Intermittent fast until noon daily, begin skipping breakfast and go for a brisk 15 min walk every single morning.
Don't consume any calories after 9pm.
Limit alcohol to 4-5 beverages a week.
Do these few things for 2 months straight and don't ever break discipline.
I guarantee if you can stick to this for 2 months you will be the leanest you've been since you were a teenager.
The next phase or to double down would be to start lifting weights and focus on building muscle/gaining strength. You can do this with just a few kettlebells/dumbbells and a pullup/dip bar.

The problem with asking the OT about fitness is you get people telling him to drink alcohol and others saying fast and don’t workout for 2 fricking months
Just give up before you start bro. It ain’t happening

Get stress tested. Find what level of effort makes your body go from fat burning to muscle burning (easiest way to explain it). Its usually a heart rate "zone" so lets say between 115-145 bpm. Get on a stationary bike and spin at 90-100 rpm at a resistance that will keep your heart rate in that zone for 75-98 minutes. seems like a lot, i know. super boring too. and given your resistance it could get you anywhere from 15-30 miles on your meter.
If you do this 3x a week to start and then go up to 5x a week you will lose 20 pounds in 2 months, guaranteed. Best part? You will have to eat to make this happen. As long as you keep it cleanish you will be amazed at what your belly will look like after just 2 months.
You make it through this you'll want to do different work outs on the bike and thats when the real fun starts. Throw in 2 lifting sessions a week (you'll kinda have to if you're over 35) and by the start of the summer people will legit be asking you if you are on ozempic.
