I’m considering it. I know it’s probably not any revolutionary material but I just get tired of spending time trying to find a workout program. BodySpace app seems to suck now that it lets every lunk in the gym to enter a template on the app and produces those as search results.
I basically want a program to tell me exactly what to do, calculate it all for me, and guide me through the weeks and don’t feel like doing the work myself.

RP is very legit. I just started it Tuesday. Today I deadlifted and they felt GREAT and I have a newborn so my workouts have been shite lately. We were supposed to be hitting 80% of our 1RM and I was hitting more like 90% and probably could have gone a bit heavier.

Wow; thanks. This is awesome.

I see you have the 5 day template. Do you know what adjustments are made for fewer days of working out per week?

What do you think of this system and all its principles?

I really like that the books show journals and research.

Dr. Israetel is very knowledgeable and is what piqued my interest.

I think it's a good system with list of it based off the juggernaut system. At least the powerlifting templates are. It's a sound program all the way and I love how they are evolving it with the new 2.0 templates. Same with the diet.

The thing I don't like is it's not easy to explain to people or anything. It's essentially follow this template not this system.

Wow; thanks very much. I've looked through all the folders. Lots of info and reading for sure.

Would it be reasonable to start with the three day male novice full body? I'm not ready to hone down into the diet stuff just yet. Maybe after the new year.

I have a good foundation of lifting experience but over the past few months since an illness I've just kinda wandered without much direction in the gym piecing workouts together as a go.

I tried looking through the templates on my phone but couldn't decipher which one or diet would be for me. I probably need to print them out

You need to go on Youtube where he explains it in a bit more detail so that you know what you are looking at.

The newest is an app for the diets; they've released an app on iPhones and are working on Android. I got into the RP Clients FB group and it sounds like the macros and such in the app are way different, and Nick Shaw and the developer have come out and said that it should be very different, based upon latest research etc.

2.0 templates are pretty legit still, though. I just started Fat Loss 1 today.
