Yes but I get deep tissue. All the other stuff is just tickling your back.

They tell you to drink a lot of water.. helps flush toxins and lactic acid.

That's largely a load of crap. But it's never a bad idea to hydrate anyway.

I had my first one in a couple of years and I was sore and stiff when my muscles tightened back up.

I don't recall ever being this sore afterward. Must be all the deadlifts over the years.

Lactic acid if serious deep tissue sports massage. Start drinking water right after you are done and try to get in 1 to 2 gallons before bedtime

I have lower back problems if I lay on my stomach without pillows under my legs. It is a common problem for stomach sleepers.
