The graphics aren't as good as Unity and there doesn't seem to be as many NPCs roaming the streets. Aside from that, it looks a lot like AC Unity.
I am ok with the reduction in graphics if that means a higher framerate and 1080P native resolution. I also though Unity's gameplay was fine, so if Syndicate has similar gameplay without the bugs and a good story on par with AC3, Black Flag, and Rogue, I'll be happy.

This was a big pitch for them last year and it sounds like all it did was kill the frame rate.

Not to white knight Ubisoft, but it seems that whole engine was designed for hardware more powerful than what they ended up with on PS4 and Xbox One.

I don't care how good this game is I will not buy it until it's on sale, they screwed me on too many day 1 purchases in the past.
Unity still pisses me off. I played a few hours and the game was broken so I shelved it. A couple of months later after they fixed things I wanted to start over and there is no way to start a new game.

So did I. I'm probably one of the biggest AC fans around. The only one I really didn't like was III. I even liked Unity, although it was far from my favorite.
My wife is going out of town this weekend so I'll have plenty of time for games. I'm torn between continuing on with Metal Gear or taking a break and jumping into AC Syndicate.
