I dont use a cookbook book, but if I did, prolly the Jr League's "Talk about Good". A bunch of recipes from junior leaguers when they werent playing in a doubles tennis league and eating at Zeas.

this is by far the cajun cookbook i use the most. and it is probably the one that is most consistent with my own family's recipes for a lot of dishes.
