Have you tried Coke zero?

I switched to makers and coke zero and its alot better. And I also only drink it with coke zero so I don't get shite faced early.

Try and find some Hirsch Selection 28 year if you want the best

If you drink Beam it's probably a little out of your price range though.

Whiskey =/= Bourbon

All Bourbon is whiskey, but not all whiskey is Bourbon.

For my money, I really like Noah's Mill or Black Maple Hill. Both are above $30 though.

Elijah Craig 12 year, imo, is one of the best bourbons you can get for not a lot of money.

I drink Makers and water. It's a low-cal delight.

Only reason I drink it with water is because I'd get uber shitfaced if I didn't.

Same here. If I'm out in public drinking bourbon I do this. I still get to enjoy the flavors of the drink, but I also get some hydration so I don't feel like complete shite in the morning.

Can't really ask that question without giving a price range.

Bushmills Green or Maroon label, if you want to spend some cash.

Crown Reserve is good for the money.

Certainly Maker's is good for the money.

Powers Irish Whiskey is really good for the money if you can find it. About $25 a bottle.

Gentleman Jack is good (but not Jack Daniels! That shite sux).

How much are you willing to spend?

He asked about SIPPING whisky, not about how to blow flaming farts.

for bourbon, Woodford's Reserve

Agreed. Pretty smooth, reasonably priced for a good bourbon, and I believe these days it's widely available.

If you're willing to spring for it some 20 year Pappy Van Winkle will do you good as well.

Powers is great as is Bullit. Costco has a whiskey that is essentially Bullit, but cheaper.
