Made a Greek spice rub out of oregano, mint, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Steamed some broccoli (because nothing says I love you like broccoli) and made a salad with tomato, cucumber, red onion, and feta with a lemon dressing.

Sous vide prime filets with lobster tails and lobster mashed potatoes. Served with some Dom Perignon. Lobster was baked with a butter I made with garlic, shallots, and parsley.

We don't celebrate Valentine day because we are married and my DH thinks it's a ridiculous holiday but I did cook last night! Egg roll in a bowl! It was yum, he loved it !

I did grilled pork kabobs with zuchini, onions, and bell peppers.

I also smoked a boston butt which came out fantastic.

Louisiana style crawfish cakes with hollandaise for brunch.

Charbroiled oysters for dinner appetizer:

Seared lamb chops and roasted okra for dinner (sorry no pics)
Pretty much nailed it. We never do much for v-day but cooking her favorites seems to be appreciated, especially up her in Okie land.

"Egg Roll in a Bowl"

1 tsp. coconut oil
1 lb. ground pork
5 minced garlic cloves
1/3 cup coconut aminos
1 tsp. freshly minced ginger
1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 10 oz. bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
sliced green onion & sesame seeds, to garnish

Melt coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.

Add pork and cook until browned, using a wooden spoon to break up.

Combine garlic, coconut aminos, ginger, vinegar and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Add sauce and coleslaw mix to browned pork and stir. Reduce heat and cover; cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are soft.

Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

I saw that in the grocery over the weekend when I was buying some spices. I assume you enjoyed it.

We enjoyed it very much. The best Bbq shrimp we've done at home and we've tried just about all of the recipes out there it seems.
