Everywhere I look right now, there's middle eastern resturants and Hispanic resturants. In the 90s, it was Asian food. In the 80s, it was Italian (I think).

What will be the next trend.

Right now, everyone is in the "I'm gluten free" fad.

That's a dieting trend and I'm not really curious about that.

The "farm to table" thing is overused IMHO.

Assembly line pizza is taking over and I smell a ton of bankruptcies coming soon. They'll never be able to compete with the likes of Domino's which can get you a pizza three times the size for cheaper and isn't any worse tasting.

What are the past trends? I ask this because fads are cyclical & history has a tendency of repeating itself. Also, food trends don't exist in a vacuum. Just because everywhere you look is middle eastern restaurants doesn't mean middle eastern restaurants are a giant food trends.

One of Lafayette's hottest spots is Pizza Artista.

The alternative is Domino's and a movie from Blockbuster I guess.

Blaze gives me 2 meals with unlimited toppings for less than $9.

Dominos makes me pee out of my butt for $7.

I'll stick with blaze.
