I think we will see a push away from proteins and see more places offering more vegetables.

I think Blaze will be fine because it's probably the best of the bunch. There are just so many chains copying the idea without the quality that are going to bust soon. The Mod Pizza near me was absolutely booming its first six months, now there's hardly any customers. Pie Five has like a quarter of the toppings Blaze does. I think it was a good concept, but the market is oversaturated .

I'm part of the problem because I like Domino's?
Like I said, Blaze is good, but places like Mod are pretty much grocery store quality and relying entirely on buzz. That buzz will die soon IMO.

No shite. Give me blaze and similiar places plus any local pizza shop over shitty dominos. I don't care if it cost $2 more so I don't have to eat grease and low quality ingredients
