Boar's Head

Nathans
Hebrew National

Ballpark

are all great. If you want the natural casing "snap" then get Boar's Head.

Nathans and Hebrew are better than Ballpark.

I always boil.

A question.

Have you ever figured out anything to do with the red water?

Seems a waste to just pour it down the drain, what with the pork flavor and nice red color and all.

In England they would have spelled it colour. I never understood why.

They really need to start marketing the hot dog seasoned water that comes with making them. Perhaps even charge more for a typical pack.

Best of Boiled and Grilled:

Shallow skillet with just enough beer to cover the dogs. When the dogs swell pour the beer off and in the hot dry skillet roll them around until you get a little char/browning on them.

Nathan's hotdogs. I know what's for dinner tonight.

One dog has chili and cheese on it.
One has sauerkraut, onions, and brown mustard
One has yellow mustard and ketchup.

Yeah, I said ketchup. Come at me, bro.

Might sound gay, but vegetarian hot dogs are awesome.

I do mine like Meridian except I cut up the dogs and brown them in the pan first. When they are well cooked I pour in a can of pork and beans. I eat mine with white bread so I can sop up the sauce.

I think Hebrew National is the best you can get in grocery stores.

Oscar Meyer naturals with turkey. The all beef naturals were gross, but the turkey ones were outstanding.

I stopped at a c store once and got a link of sausage out the little warmer thing.

Driving down the road, I bit into it and came out with a body part, like an artery leading to some kind of little organ part.

If I woulda just closed my eyes, I would have been fine. But site of all that shite crammed in that casing made me freaking sick.

No more c-store bargain sausage for this guy.
