Season with your fav seasoning and baste with a BBQ sauce as they cook. It won't take long.

season with salt and pepper, dust lightly with flour and sauté in butter and olive oil.
Make a lemon caper sauce by sautéing shallots in a little butter and olive oil, then deglazing pan with a little white wine, adding capers and squeeze of lemon juice.
serve with rice pilaf made with green onions and braised carrots.

MD, that is the classic French way and my preferred method.

Could be. Could also be the way my uncle in Leland taught me years back. The man could forevermore gig the frogs in Deer Creek.
Yes, they are good. I should have said to not sauté them too long so they stay tender.

Olive oil, white wine, garlic, salt, pepper, shot of hot sauce, a little basil, oregano, a squirt of lemon juice. Grill until there are light marks on low- medium. So delicious!

I cooked them once and the recipe was called Frog Legs Herbs de' provence.
I have tried to find the recipe but I can't seem to find the exact one. It was so good, I said I would never fry frog legs again.

I like to bake them in a mayonnaise based sauce

MD, I'm extreeeeemely happy to learn that, I too must be a classic French cook. I was taught to cook frogs like that on the banks of bayou de' loutre, by a famous French cook from union parish, my granddaddy.

They are good grilled, brushed with olive oil, salt, garlic and lemon pepper. Careful not to over cook them.
