What are your favorite LSU-Inspired Tailgate Foods that aren't full meals?

Since kickoff is at 230, I'd rather not have a big meal to eat during the game. Finger foods, dips, and the like are preferred.
I'm having some friends over and want to bring out the cajun cooking.
Suggestions?

Two of my favorites for that type of kick off is chicken bombers and steak pistolettes
For the chicken bombers I just get some chicken tenderloins and cut each one in half. Place a little cream cheese and jalapeno and wrap in bacon
Grill till done
For the steak pistolettes I just grill a couple of sirloins medium rare and slice then
Then people cam make little steak sammies
Easy and good
ETA: Also, for the Cajun inspired you can grill some boudin and cut it in thirds. As well as do a nice little crawfish dip as well

Roll of Jimmy Dean Sausage browned, a box of cream cheese and a can of rotel. Mix it all together, heat up and eat with fritos.
You can make before, and bring it out there. Can be eaten cold or warm, but I prefer warm. We call it meat dip.

Take a look in the recipe book and you might see a few things.
Look for the shrimp and andouille mini muffin cakes. Several folks here have made them.
You could grill some andouille and then use it to make mini pigs in a blanket or wrap portions in bacon, secure with a toothpick and grill.
There's crabmeat layered spread in the recipe book which can be made with crab, shrimp or crawfish tails. Goes far.
You can make up a mixture of a crawfish pie filling and load it into those mini phyllo dough cups, put in the oven to heat them up and serve. I've done that a number of times for Christmas Eve. Or, just keep the pie mixture warm and load it warm into the cups. I like to bake those cups a little more, though, ahead of time if I do it that way to get the doughy taste out.

For real though, the dad of a guy in our tailgate group owns a few sonics and hooks us up for a game each year. Last year we had a few huge bags of frozen jalapeno poppers, chicken, about 200 corn dogs, sonic cups, etc. We bring the fryer and go to town on some finger foods. It's awesome

Well that's useless for tomorrow
I'd do homemade boudin balls with Jerry Lee's loose boudin. I could eat that until I pass out.

There was a crawfish bread thread a day or so ago. That's another idea.

I made this (below) puff pastry stuffed with soppressata and gruyere last weekend and it was a hit. Not Cajun, but simple and takes no time. You can use ham, salami or whatever other thin sliced meat you like. You can change up the cheese, but we enjoyed it as is.
I think you could use well drained cooked ground pork sausage as well. For that matter, you could put boudin in it, but I'm not a fan of rice stuffed in breads.

I saw this recipe for chicken and andouille meatballs in "gumbo gravy" a while back. The concept is interesting. You make them and let us know how they are.

My top 5 would be:
1. Blanton's
2. Meat pies
3. Blanton's
4. Cream cheese topped with mango habanero jelly

I'm going to add this to the recipe thread.
ETA: I would undoubtedly be grateful for any kink you would give me, but what I meant to thank you for was the link.

And, Stringed, if you're looking for low carb diet food for the game, my apologies. I don't do diet food for games.

Get it in the links already. It works better

Great concept.
I'd like to make these ahead and freeze them for later when it turns cold and then drop them in gumbo.
I bet it would look great and be a nice surprise in a bowl of gumbo.

I've made shrimp boulettes for shrimp gumbo before and I really liked them. Not the same as a meatball, but in the park. Sort of along the lines of having the stuffed heads in crawfish bisque.
