Tx Roadhouse

TX Roadhouse has pretty good rolls, baby backs and shrimp, overall I approve.

I just don't dig their atmosphere too much. Always crowded and feels dirty to me.

Carrabbas

Their mussels appetizer is terrific. I had the prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin the other night and really enjoyed it. Also like their flatbreads.

And as for Arby's, it's hard to find a better fast food sandwich than the beef & cheddar.

Firstly, the Pappa's concepts are all great and probably my favorite chain.

Others I like:

PF Changs, Ruth's Chris, Bonefish, Zea's, Rotolos, Chick-fil-a, five guys. Just to name a few.

One will be opening in Lafayette at the old Johnny Carrino's location on Kaliste Saloom. My husband has eaten at one in Houston (or Atascocita), but I have not.

Copeland's

I'm not a big fan of Copeland's, in general. It's just not the same as it once was. However, I went to a private party there a few weeks ago and the wings were delicious. Very crispy and spicy and they were whole wings. I may order some soon.
