About 5:00 pm, I had a peach milk shake from Chick.fil.a - those people make a great milk shake!

Had no excuse tonight, so I had to go eat with my vegan daughter and her family. Had Thai coconut curry with baby bok choy.

Will fix myself some biscuits after while and have with Otis2's Norris Syrup.

Love braised short ribs and oxtail. Sautéed zucchini with onions and vegetable soup here. And a touch wine.

I think some other folks recommended Pioneer Woman's recipe. I can't recall making it, but I've made Ina's a few times and you commented in that thread.

I take warfarin blood anticoagulant for my carbon fiber heart valve and my INR was too high today. That can lead to bleeds, but the nice side is that I can eat turnips/mustard greens because they are high in vitamin K and will bring my INR back down.

Had a bad bleed in my left leg a year and a half back and almost lost the leg, so I am as careful as possible. Plus I love mixed greens.
