I'm sure some one will come along and ask you to identify what's in those boxes and containers.

I can't decide if I'm having leftover gumbo or something else.

They do. But what Rome is really known for is their Mexican food. Got a place on every corner

I ended up sautéing brussels, mushrooms, and hot red peppers in olive oil to put over my rice.

Damn, wish I was in Rome....Id skip dinner and eat gelato while walking from monument to monument. I love all of the night lighting of the historic sites.

I had broiled rib steaks, baked potatoes, asparagus, and strawberries, followed by a 5k walk.

18 pound brisket smoked in 3 hours with a new technique I'm going trademark. Juicy as hell and no Texas bbq will ever touch it.

Decided on something else. Last time I made it, I looked at pics. Then I found out it was supposed to have Asaian stir fry flavors, so this time I looked at the actual ingredient list. Sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, and the obvious, cabbage and ground beef.

Mug cake from last night.
