Baked pork tenderloin, garlic/mozz French bread and another baby spinach salad with all kinds of good stuff added- artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, sun dried tomatoes, black olives, green onion tops, mushrooms.

The Key lime vinaigrette makes this salad though. Easy to make: dash of salt, pepper and cumin. Big dash of garlic powder. Dijon mustard, Key lime juice and olive oil. Awesome and healthy

The wife made shrimp puttanesca.

Shrimp sautéed in butter and olive oil, with garlic, shallots, capers, anchovies cayenne and red pepper flakes - served over pasta with parmesan cheese.

As I understand Puttanesca means Whore's sauce. Evidently very quickly made, allowing them time to do the other stuff they did.

She told me the name, it wasn't my idea.
