Taco messican casserole pie I whipped up.
Used ground turkey meat instated of beef.
I'm becoming a fan of this stuff when your making something gang has overwhelming ingredients.

Very simple, but very good, especially in a nice ripe avocado half on lettuce with some summer tomato slices, hard boiled egg slices, maybe some hearts of palm.

Smoked/indirect grilled lobster tail


Split down the back and meat loosened from tail. Skewered to keep from curling up.

On the BGE at 225 degrees over apple wood.....looking to get to internal temp of 140 degrees. About 30 minutes in spoon my version of Commanders garlic butter with parmagianno reggiano/fressh rosemary alll in the shell


Removed from shell with more garlic butter over steamed asparagus.....was amazingly moist and tender.....not a morsel was left



I love spiny lobster!!!

Grilled chicken wings. Half in hot sauce and half in sweet chili sauce.
