re: Needing more cable boxes than Cox will give me. - EWE TIGER
I have 7 boxes, 3 in the man cave/detached garage, with direct TV. If you're putting 3 tvs in your man cave and are a football fan, you should be with directv anyway for the Sunday ticket. I also paid the installer a few dollars extra to put up a 2nd dish behind the garage so I wouldn't have to run...

re: Where can I find pine needles? - EWE TIGER
There's a place in Prairieville that sells them for $5 a bale. You can find them on craigslist. I pay almost twice that in Houma. I've never seen the bales at HD or Lowes, only garden center type places. I'm assuming your looking to use this as mulch for flower beds. ...

re: Looking for a new Wing recipe - EWE TIGER
I prefer my wings grilled. I rub the wings with olive oil, then season with cayenne and Weber kickin chicken. I do 6 minutes per side over high indirect heat to render fat, and 3 minutes per side over high direct heat to crisp the skin. ...

re: Scary white guy got to use his gun, thanks to me - EWE TIGER
If someone came to my door right now, I'd have a gun on me when I answered. I wouldn't show the person, though.
This, but I don't have a problem with the guy showing it. There was a time when friends dropped by at all hours. Now, I couldn't tell you the last time someone sho...

re: Anyone have a dog with seizures they medicate? - EWE TIGER
No experience with seizure meds, but my bulldog does not like pills. I can put it in a meatball or in a balled up piece of cheese, and more often than not, he will eat the food and spit out the pill. Now I just open his mouth, push it into his throat, close his mouth, and rub his throat. Quick and e...

re: Bradycap freindly deal, Peyton takes 4 million pay cut, Drew......... - EWE TIGER
I'm no cap or contract guru, but we had Drew on a discount for his first contract as a Saint. I don't think he made huge money in SD. So he is currently in his first and last monster contract. I'd be shocked if he took a pay cut. Especially if you compare his contract to Flacco, M Ryan, Romo, etc. ...

re: Which is the grandest po boy of all? - EWE TIGER
Surf and Turf from Parkway is the Holy Grail. The GOAT. The ultimate measuring stick for any sandwich calling itself "superior". There is no equal, just many imitators.
I went in with high expectations and was very underwhelmed. The roast beef just isn't that good. With Darrel...

re: thoughts on stay at home spouse? - EWE TIGER
I don't tolerate it, I greatly appreciate the sacrifice she is making. My wife has been at home since she had our daughter, 14 months. She was ready to go back to work after 3 months, but I wasn't ready to put our daughter into day care at that age, so she agreed to stay home. At around 9 months we ...

re: Best beef jerky - EWE TIGER
https://bourgeoismeatmarket.com/shop/beef-jerky/ I've had jerky from meat markets all across the state, and nothing comes close to Bourgeois' jerky. If you're placing an order, I'd go ahead and get some of their meat sticks (slim jim type) as well. ...

re: Propane torch for charcoal starting - EWE TIGER
I have one like that. I picked it up at Harbor Freight for around $20. I love it. Pour charcoal in pit, and 2 minutes later my coals are lit and ready to go. I use lump charcoal, so can't comment on how it does with briquettes. I use propane, so not sure about NG conversion. I've also used it a coup...
