He's been on my bench. Right now I have Jordan Matthews in my flex, but thinking hard about replacing him with Smith because of the potential for hurricane conditions in Washington Sunday. ...

Is CJ Anderson a bust? - EWE TIGER
Or a good buy low candidate? With L Bell coming back, J Randle will be moving to my bench. I was thinking of offering him to the Anderson owner, as he's looking to move Anderson. Randle may do better with Romo and Dez out, but I don't like the committee approach in Dallas. 12 team league, 1 pt ppr. ...

re: Arian Foster for Sam Bradford - EWE TIGER
If mariota was my starter, I'd be looking to upgrade that position, even if it meant making a trade that is lopsided. If foster is healthy, no way you make the trade. I've heard anything from week 3 to week 6 or 8 for his return. If Bradford can stay healthy in that offense, I think his floor is top...

re: When do you look to buck the "trend"? - EWE TIGER
In 1 ppr league, I took brown with pick 5, and got Forte in the 2nd. I don't think I was bucking the trend, just thought it was the right move at the time, and ended up happy with the team I drafted. ...

re: Randall Cobb out with a collar bone/shoulder injury - EWE TIGER
It's still a "developing story" with lots of uncertainty but here's what we have right now on Randall Cobb's injury. Our Craig Zumsteg had this take: "Green Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb landed hard on his right shoulder after making a catch tonight, and was immediately taken to th...

Thoughts on an 8 team league - EWE TIGER
So, a buddy asked me to join a "big money" 8 team league. My first thought was no way, but then I started breaking it down. Cons: 1) It's an 8 team league. I like 12 plus teams. My FFB strength is drafting, not managing, so the more teams the better. 2) I don't like playing in more than 2 leagu...

re: Who here is streaming the quarterback position? - EWE TIGER
In two 12 team leagues, I was one of the last teams to draft qb, but one of the first to take a 2nd qb. I got e Manning and tannehill in one league, and rivers and Bradford in the other. I don't think I waited until Rd 10 in either. I like my teams. I considered taking a 3rd qb, but based on qbs ava...

re: Help for a friend. 1 pt ppr - EWE TIGER
but my friend has only basic fantasy football knowledge.
I think that sending someone with limited knowledge into a draft with a strategy like wr wr is a recipe for disaster. re: Help for a friend. 1 pt ppr - EWE TIGER
I'm not a fan of going into a draft with a strategy. Let the draft come to you. And no, you still want good RBs in a 1 pt ppr league. If anything, 1 pt ppr expands the wr field. I drafted in two 1 pt ppr leagues this weekend, drafted 5th in both, and took wr with 2 of my first 3 picks in both, but d...
