Chicken w/rice soup, concocted out of a leftover rotisserie chicken, carrots, mushrooms, onions, garlic, rice, etc. turned out pretty good for a fridge leftovers improv.

I love the leftover/pantry throw together meals. I have made some great ones, along with few disasters...

I knew that's what you were referencing automatically

It tasted pretty good. I wouldn't order it again. It was too sloppy. I inhaled the second half because it was turning into a soggy mess.

The pickles were exceptional, however.
