Chuck roast in slow cooker all day with not much more than cream of mushroom soup. Served over jasmin rice. Drinking ancient age and sprite. Yes, another low quality food night at the alxtgr house.

I'll post pics. Wait, no I won't. I can't remember the brand of cow I used. May have been some proprietary Tyson cow.

As you should.

I'm not sure where he was going with that.

I'm not the one who has a problem and/or an opinion with what you eat. Your dinner is much better than my takeout pizza at my desk until 10pm tonight.

Messican...homemade pico with some tomatillo , guacamole , carnitas, fish tacos with a Pacific snapper, and cabbage dressed with a chipotle mayo. Radishes, radish greens, cilantro, tomato and more red onion for garnish. Flour and corn tortillas...I'm going full corn to support R2R...and I hate flour T's anyway.

I am about to make my beloved spinach medaline out of baby spinach. I just washed and destemmed a pile of leaves. I hope it turns out well. Waiting on the olive oil to heat to sautee the garlic now.

Pain pill + beer + cooking = ?

Wonderful looking plate, Boss!

Tell me about Maque Choux, please. I would rather get a recipe here than on the friggin food network website.

TIA.
