Tofu fried rice came out ok. I can't complain about the tofu because it literally has zero taste. It pretty much just made the fried rice more filing.

You are better than me. I have never had tofu. I would try it, but I don't think I will be buying any.

I made my Mac and cheese with cheddar and pepper jack. Considered adding mozzarella and provolone also but didn't in the end so I had two cheeses not four like LL who is all fancy and stuff.

I've had tofu three times and never tasted it either. It seriously has no taste.

I just did it in the oven. Some recipes said it was pretty much the easiest so i did that
