Chicken n sausage pastalaya recipe Ms GT found that I doctored. Not too bad but It called for using a red and yellow BP and I think that was too much. I’d probably just do one green next time.

Been doing one meal a day. With my one meal being lunch, I salivate over WFDT. But I have consistently lost a pound a day while doing this for the last week so I plan to keep it up for another month or so.
