Been working on a shrimp sauce piquant since lunch. It will be awesome.
Just made a ravigote sauce for crab ravigote over fried green tomatoes.
Gonna also do a clam, squid and scallop linguine dish. It will be fantastic. And I’m having a few beers to settle myself for some wine.
