A creole sautée, which I made up as I went along. Suprisingly tasty.

leftover smoked pork, black-eyed pea and collard green gumbo from new years day. still a ton left; putting the rest in the freezer.

Ribeye at yachtman steakhouse. I'm impressed although the waitress tried to talk me into the strip. I can't imagine it being better to be honest.
