Leftover brisket.....may chop for a sandwich and blue cheese Mac and cheese. Possibly some buffalo chicken dip as well.

Leftover sloppy joe meat from a shredded roast. Went out into the garage where I'm over wintering a bunch of Jap plants. Found enough japs still alive to pick and chop.

Put the sloppy Joe mix on Tostitos Artisan Chips...Chipolte flavor. Then added japs. Then microwaved. Great stuff. A bit salty. Zach will be getting up at night to drink water.

I don't have any leftovers so I'll either pick up a shrimp po boy or pho.

A cubic yard of leftover brisket, pork butt, ribs, chicken and sausage. Not sure if it will wrapped in a tortilla or between some white bread. Probably be a similar theme for the next month of wfdt's.

yeah, looked great. saw the pics when you posted them. i hear brisket is one of the toughest to smoke without drying it out. did you keep it around 225? how long did it take (and how much did it weigh)?

Cup of roasted cauliflower and garlic soup, grilling ribeyes and something involving fennel that I haven't decided upon yet.

It was about 8lbs.....temp was 225-250........took 10hrs. I was expecting 12-15 but it reached my target temp at 10hrs. It was still very juicy.

That goes without saying. But it's 2 days old. She will have it at midnight and then take the 40 bucks out of my wallet for Zumba class and replace it with a note that says 'More Chicken Salad."

No idea, but I'm starving. I want a good homemade Cajun seafood gumbo.

I guess I have to settle for leftovers.
