Taking a friend out for dinner in nola who happens to be vegetarian. What are some good dishes or places I should look into?

My favorite is the asparagus with hollandaise at Ruths in metairie.

I know its not New Orleans, but if you are in Old Metarie, Vega Tapas had a ton of vegetarian options.

Shaya would be perfect, most of the menu is vegetarian.
