Maybe concerning things you are thankful for? I suggest watching the Thanksgiving episode of Dexter, Season 4, for ideas.

Just relax, be yourself and give thanks. Doesn't have to be a speech.

If you want a specific prayer just google and read until you find one you are comfortable with and feel is appropriate. I'll probably have the honor this year.
