Anybody else confused on how to judge this team? I mean we’re going toe to toe with currently the best team in the country on the road. We’re not far off. It’s hard to gauge how good we are. We haven’t even played close to our potential. That’s why I still have faith in the boys.
W...
Sethoxydim. Hit it twice over a few weeks.
This will only suppress Torpedo Grass, not kill it. OP, I am in the same situation. A couple of years ago I nuked my whole yard with glyphosate then reseeded centipede. I thought I had won the war.. But just a year later, the torpedo st...
I'm doing the exact same thing this year. The only difference with my strategy is that I am planning on adding a layer of compost after aerating to help with the new seeds bc I have crappy soil...
No you have it right. I’m sure saving while they’re in school could be beneficial for some too. Maybe? For my personal situation, I can write off $2,400 for Start K-12 contributions, saving me $102 (4.25% marginal rate). While tax free growth is nice, any START funds used cannot be also us...
To avoid the exact scenario the OP is describing - deposit into 529, get immediate tax break and earnings enhancement then withdraw money for school in the spring - neither are available on the K-12 version.
cant you only withdraw 529 for Higher education expenses? How would you go...

Are there any decent varieties of bermuda that can be seeded? Or do the better varieties all need to be sodded/plugged? I have common bermuda growing in my yard right now, but I'd prefer something more dense ...
Ronk, what variety Bermuda do you have?...
If moving closer isnt an option, I wouldnt take the job. Losing over 15 hours a week with your family isn't worth it. You'll regret it when the kids are grown....
Seems like it's moving along at a reasonable pace... I mean these things take time to survey, design, construct, and implement. ...
My friend bought a very nice reel mower with a Honda motor on it. Decided that his yard was too small to effectively use it. I know he wants to sell it. Let me know if you're interested. He's in BR. Obviously, if your lawn is too small, probably not a great idea.
I may be int...
AC topics seem to be the norm these days and interested if anyone has added a Return Air to their system, DIY, and the steps involved? Does anyone have data with Micro Air and a 4 Ton unit? I'm wondering if my 6250/8500 portable generator can handle my central AC with a soft start. I have a 2019 Carrier 4 ton 16 SEER with a listed 105 LRA. Looking at everyone's numbers, if the soft start can reduce my LRA by about 70%, it sh...
